2000 series are aluminum plates with copper as the main alloying element. The copper content can reach 2%-5% or higher depending on the specific application. The hardness of 2000 series is relative to other grades. In aerospace, the 2000 series aluminum alloy plate is also called aviation aluminum. Due to the fact that it is not widely used in civilian applications, there are currently fewer factories producing 2000 series alloy aluminum plates. Similarly, the price of aluminum sheets of the 2000 series is relatively high. At present, the 5052 series has basically replaced the 2000 series for civilian use.

3000 series are aluminum plates with manganese as the main alloying element. The manganese content is between 2-5%. The representative varieties of the 3000 series include 3003 aluminum plate and 3a21 aluminum plate. The main thing is that the 3000 series aluminum plate has a certain anti-rust performance, and it is widely used in humid environments such as air conditioners and refrigerators. Compared with other alloy plates, the price has a great advantage.

4000 series are aluminum plates with manganese as the main alloying element. Currently, it is not widely used.

5000 series is a representative series of alloy aluminum plates. There are mainly grades such as 5052 5083. It is the most commonly used aluminum alloy plate in my country and internationally.　

6000 series is a combination of 4000 and 5000. The main alloying elements include silicon and magnesium, and the representative grade is 6061-T6 aluminum plate. It belongs to solid-heat-melted aluminum plate.

7000 series are aluminum plates with 7075 as the main representative brand. Mainly reflected in the hardness, the performance is very close to the 2000 series. Not commonly used at present.　　　

The 8000 series is mainly represented by the aluminum plate 8011, which is mainly used as bottle caps, and is not commonly used.
